I’m Tired…

Why start this blog?

I’m tired of bad theology.

I’m tired of people believing everything they hear.

I’m tired of people believing everything they see.

I’m tired of people thinking someone is credible because they appear on t.v. or write a book.

I’m tired of televangelists.

I’m tired of God’s people who are free in Christ being shackled by those who promised them freedom in Christ.

I’m tired of people having no hope.

I’m tired of people not thinking.

I’m tired of people interpreting Scripture outside of it’s original and intended historical and literary context.

I’m tired of ‘church’.

I’m tired of empty Christianity.

I’m tired of rules.

I’m tired of our world’s lack of understanding of grace.

I’m tired of christians being made to look like idiots.

I’m tired of theologians saying what’s popular to gain acceptance.

I’m tired of people acting like they have it all together.

I’m tired of rituals and traditions.

I’m tired of numbers measuring ministry.

I’m tired of poor leadership in the church.

I’m tired of Christians neglecting their neighbors so they can ‘fellowship’ with other believers.

I’m tired of sin.

I’m tired of theology that gives false hope.

I’m tired of poor application of Scripture.

I’m tired of myself.
